Ryan Brady, Farmer/Rancher

Ryan is a fourth-generation farmer east of Garden City in southwest Kansas. Brady’s operation is 70% dryland and 30% irrigated with corn, soybeans, wheat, triticale, grain sorghum, and cover crops worked into the rotation. He is also trying to find ways to integrate their bison cow-calf herd into the operation and see what benefits grazing can do for the system.
