When can exhibitors set up their booths?
Tuesday, January 16, 2024, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you have large display equipment or require a forklift, please contact the Tradeshow Manager to make arrangements.
Where should exhibitors ship their materials?
Shipments should not arrive at the facility prior to Tues., January 16. They can be addressed as follows:

You MUST make your own arrangements for pick up. The venue will not do that.

How do I register booth staff or edit my online company profile?
Login details and instructions on how to access the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) will be emailed to your primary booth contact once booth sales open.
